I’ve been a customer for 7 years and have had only excellent experiences with Pioneer Alarm. They’re very responsive and knowledgeable. This weekend the motion detector they installed in my restaurant detected a fire in my restaurant. I got a phone call right away from Pioneer and they contacted the fire department. Pioneer Alarm literally saved my restaurant. I would recommend to anyone, both for residential and business.

Howard Feldman is a good man to work with. He is always available to take calls; which can be rare these days. Amanda is an exceptional technician. She is knowledgeable, dedicated and a perfectionist. She truly cares about the client.

Customer service at Pioneer Security is absolutely OUTSTANDING! As a new customer, I was extremely impressed by the personalized assistance I received to discuss options regarding the upgrade capability of my existing 23 year old system (that was installed by company which is no longer in business). I spoke to the owner, Mr. Feldman, directly who made sure my specific concerns/questions were addressed and answered. That is something that doesn’t happen every day! Subsequently, when I had an urgent request for service yesterday because of something dumb that I did (through no fault of Pioneer I might add), they had a technician at my house within an hour!! I highly recommend Pioneer for anyone looking for excellent customer service by management and technicians who 100% know the industry and specific security systems!!

The best security system company in San Diego. We had dealt with many but nothing come close to the service that this company provides. Today they saved us from a big burglary in our main warehouse. I recommend them to any business owner.

We have been using Pioneer Security for many years - Howard and the Team at Pioneer are capable, knowledgeable and responsive. The customer service is exceptional and extremely helpful. The site staff are courteous and know what they are doing. We have never had an issue with installation. Pioneer provides security and monitoring on two (2) buildings. Most recently we installed two (2) outdoor video cameras that are are guard monitored 24/7 (outside of normal business hours). We are very happy with the install and capabilities. The cameras are detailed and the app used is exceptional. Pioneer is highly recommended.
